Mayfaire and the area around us are hopping for the holidays! Check out these great events...

*The 2010 North Carolina Holiday Flotilla will be held Friday, November 26th and Saturday, November 27th.  From our humble beginnings twenty-five years ago, the Flotilla has grown to become one of the Top 20 "Must See Events in the Southeast," attracting an estimated 50,000 people to Wrightsville Beach. 
This year's Flotilla events feature our 3rd annual 5k run on November 6th, our fabulous Launch Party held at the Blockade Runner on Friday November 26th, Festival in the Park on Saturday November 27th and of course, the spectacular lighted boat parade and fireworks that evening. (We have a special $79 rate for those attending the flotilla—call our front desk at (910) 509-4046!

*Mayfaire's lighting ceremony will be held Friday, November 26th at 6:30 pm in front of Mayfaire 16 Cinemas Theater. This is the biggest kickoff for the holiday season in Wilmington!  Be greeted by the Wilmington Glee Club as Santa's helpers hand out Mayfaire goodies to all the children. Be enchanted by the magical story of the Nutcracker performed by The Wilmington Ballet Company. Then watch as children's eyes sparkle when Santa magically arrives!

*Capture the memory of your child's visit with Santa at the Santa Village. Santa welcomes children, adults, pets and anyone with a holiday spirit! The Santa Village is located n the corner of

Innovation Drive

beside Justice (across from Pottery Barn). Visits with Santa are free. Professional photos will be available.

*Take a ride on the Polar Express Outdoor Train with your family or maybe a sweetheart for just $3 per person. Every day is a different route, so there are many chances to experience all the holiday joy Mayfaire has to offer. *The Winter Wonderland features realistic snow cascading from the sky creating a unique experience that will make the magic of the holiday season even brighter and your experience at Mayfaire even more memorable. What could be better than hot cocoa and snow in Wilmington? Enjoy snow next to Mayfaire’s 16ft Christmas tree located in front of the theater.
Winter Wonderland will blow snow 3 times a day for one hour each.
