Sorry to have missed Friday, everyone--technical issues and Christmas party planning planning caught up to us. And, in the spirit of the holiday season, we will not be blogging this Friday, as many of us will be out of the office and those who are working will be busy driving the sleigh, so to speak. So we will try to wrap up all of the questions and topics in a single entry...on Wednesday! And more of the same next week, as we try to avoid bleeding into NYE celebration activities.

Business travelers are coming back onto the market after business travel slowed dramatically the last two years, and hotels are entering the great race for how best to accommodate business travelers and attract their business. So this week's question is what do you, as a business traveler, find that most hotels need/lack when it comes to your travel needs?
